Intro to Clandestine Exercise 2

I have come to believe that the animated text form best functions when used self-referentially. Artistically externalizing the parallel paths of visualization and language flow demands this because visualization = visions, while language flow = rationalization. Thus people invented the word totem to describe that which cannot be described: i.e., an object resonating with a meaning beyond comprehension. Clandestine Exercise 2 confronts such a conundrum. It is a fragmented animated text broken down into 10 animations, varying in duration from 18 seconds to 1 minute and 3 seconds, before looping. Imagery is animated at a rate of 3 frames per second, text at 3/4 of a frame per second. A high-speed Internet connection is required.
