A high-speed Internet connection is absolutely required and I recommend using Firefox as your browser. However, because of its denseness, even with a high-speed connection, it'll take a bit of time for the animation to begin running at the speed it's meant to run. Really, it needs to loop once and then it'll run at its proper rate.
